The development of office environments with LEED accreditation is now becoming a norm rather than an exception. This requires the coordinated input of cross discipline designers and workshops to develop, evaluate and budget those options available to reach the required standards for the building.
In many cases, buildings will be designed to Shell & Core and CAT A Fit out stage initially, in the absence of a tenant. The design logic for such buildings must contain flexibility to accommodate future CAT B (Tenant) Fit Outs.
