RPS GroupCarron + Walsh provided a full suite of Quantity Surveying services for the development of these Advance Technology Units for IDA Ireland situated in Castlebar and Sligo. The units were contracted as a single building contract under the Public Works Contract designed by the Employer.
Both sites contained particular challenges with respect to ground conditions and required ingenuity in ground works design by the engineering team.
