This project entailed the complete refurbishment and extension to 42/43 Westland Row, Dublin 2 involving the demolition of a warehouse to the rear of the property.  The four storey over lower ground floor level building extends to approximately 11,000 sq ft encompassing the renovated period property with its contemporary modern extension.  The office accommodation is finished to Grade A Specification.
