Carron + Walsh are providing full project management and quantity surveying services on Castleview Residential which is an exciting new development located on the Williamstown Road in Waterford’s Eastern Suburbs that hosts spacious contemporary and luxurious living in an exclusive development of four and five-bedroom detached homes. Castleview comprises of just 23 individual high specification homes with two main house types, a spacious four bedroom detached residence and a larger five bedroom detached residence.

Each home will carry an energy rating of A2 derived from a combination of high standard Aluclad windows, Air-to-water heat pump electric heating system, and demand control ventilation system, all together with a high standard of insulation and air tightness. Each home will also be completed to nZEB standard (Nearly Zero Energy Building Standard).
