The project involves the demolition of existing facilities and construction of a new four storey residential facility within the confines of the existing site.

The building is located in a busy urban location which presented a number of challenges to the project, including the maintenance and diversion of existing below ground utilities.  To mitigate some of the risks associated with the project, we completed the asbestos removal, demolition and services diversions as part of an enabling works contract before the main project was tendered.

As part of our appointment we also worked with the Design Team lead to establish a Framework for the Client to facilitate the procurement of other projects of a similar nature and value.

Services provided:

Residential development for a Charitable organisation that provides independent living for the elderly.
Redevelopment of an existing site in an urban location.
35 units being provided in the development, each with a dedicated winter garden or external balcony.
Fully finished and furnished units designed to achieve a high quality living standard.
