Axis EngineeringCarron + Walsh provided Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services with respect to this project involving the complete refurbishment and modification of the three principle rooms at first floor level (Walsh, Conway and Barry Rooms) as a Recital Hall space for public performances.
The works include the removal of the existing 20th century ceilings to reinstate parts of the original design within the rooms, the complete refurbishment of two marble staircases that access the first floor and the repair of the existing windows.
A complete new services installation was required to these rooms.
